Hey, cyberworld! Here we are... you've found us.
I've created this site to share the goings-on of our daily lives and also to chronicle the building of our new home. We purhased a one-acre lakefront property near downtown Orlando and are in the process of a build. It's not been easy, but we're loving every minute of it.
a bit about our family...
Rich is a partner in a commercial design and construction firm as well as other investment partnerships. One of the latest is a bar in downtown Orlando called Brix on the corner of Central and Magnolia.
Laura is a college professor, Apple trainer for faculty & students, and ESL liaison for Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida. She also works for ETS.org scoring the TOEFL exam as well as the Test of Written English.
Madeleine, 14, is a seventh grader and stands 6' tall. Gabrielle Rose is our ten-year-old pumpkin who is turning into a quarterback princess who can throw a football farther than her male teachers. Check out their pages!
Our fur- and (scale-) babies are Boxer dog Rocky (7 yrs.), Chocolate Point Siamese Buddy (13 yrs.), Blue Point Siamese MInou (9 yrs.), Seal Point Siamese Jimmy Wah (4 yrs.), Red-Eared Slider Jacob (6 yrs.) and Stubby the turtle (a female, 4 yrs.). They're over in "Animal House" where, luckily, you won't get their fur.
